Our recent 3 from 12 haul becomes ever more frustrating when you see what gains we might have made seeing that most other clubs have not that many better chances for 3 points now.

Club, Position, GD, Points
14, Dickheads, -9, 30
15, Brighton, -7, 27
16, Bournemouth, -14, 26
17, Aston Villa, -15, 25
18, West Ham, -13, 24
19, Watford, -16, 24
20, Norwich, -23, 18

The 6 pointers:

Saturday 29 February
Brighton v Dickheads

Saturday 7 March
Dickheads v Watford

Saturday 14 March
Bournemouth v Dickheads

Saturday 11 April
Norwich v Brighton

Saturday 18 April
Watford v Norwich

Saturday 18 April
Villa v Dickheads
Norwich v West Ham

Saturday 2 May
West Ham v Watford

Saturday 17 May
West Ham v Villa

You'd say that the dickheads have the kindest run in, but other clubs might be focusing on them for points. That last game though. It could be winner takes all.

Seeing Fulham did the double on us and we took about 2 points of the bottom 3 last season this approach imo is a bit mute.

Brighton have always (imo) played down to shit footballing teams.

We will get something from Liverpool at home. A point, At least :smokin:

Yup I agree.....9 points from 'pool, Arsenal and Man United. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Well maybe 3 points.

CP have 4, West Ham and Watford 3, left. Some against each other.

18/1 on Norwich, Bmuff and Albion jointly dropping.

5/1 on Norwich, Bmuff and Villa.

Why such differing odds? Bournemouth are more likely to stay up than we are?

The W teams aren't any better/worse than us, and Stains little boost has ceased. They were my relegation tip in August alongside Newcastle

We’re 4/1, Bmuff 5/4. They’re just a point behind us, have won twice recently compared to our zero. I can’t think of a rationale to explain why we’re so much more likely to stay up.

Here’s the full array of trebles.

Villa Us and Norwich. 16/1, that's generous.

A fiver potentially reaps enough to drown ones sorrows in decent claret.

I'm tempted

*cough* moot *cough*

Anyway, football is a funny old game. One day you're up, the next your down.

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

We're finished, aren't we?

Edit Damn Super Steve Earle beat me to it, the super b'stard.
