Really scraping the barrel here but here goes :

Highlight 1. The multi-repeated showings of our top striker Mariappa smashing the ball into the net. Sensational stuff!

Highlight 2. Nigel Pearson’s face on observing that sensational stuff.

Er, I think that’s about it on the highlights front. :drink:

Highlights...first 3 minutes....trossard down by the corner flag and going to clear it upfield, screws it into the east stand.....comedy genius.

1 - I drove from Goring Gap to Shoreham flyover without stopping or slowing down.

B - I took a half day's holiday and work fell apart in the afternoon so they had to stay late to finish.

When a decision went against us for a corner, Ben Foster turning to the North Stand and laughing, not in a goading way but incredulous that the ref had got it so wrong.

Careful how - this is a negative thread for negative people

On a side and real comedy note, how bad were Watford and Deeney? Terrible.

I'm treading carefully :)
My Watford neighbour is quite pissed as to how his team are playing under the culturally inept Pearson.
Says they're a certainty for relegation.
As for Troll Deeney, the fans are under the spell of his mesmerising looks

Worthing
Bacon, leek and sweet potato pie, scrumptious.
Chicken Rogan takeaway when I got home.

It’s all about the food.

My two highlights:

The opening whistle
The final whistle

Everything else was rather annoying.

I thought the moon was spectacular and the pitch was in great condition thanks to the life-destroying lights that keeps 3/4 of Croydon awake at night.

The pitch was poor again yesterday - often balls over to the East side where the warm ups take place were slowing down much quicker than they should have done.. Same section in from the of the West wasn't much better.
