Went to a place called Chinese Tuxedo in New York with Chinese friends to celebrate the New Year, their shrimp and scallop wontons were amazing then had some sweet and sour beef tartare. Great food. Did notice a few face masks being worn walking around Chinatown afterwards

Prawn crackers, chicken curry, SFR, sweet and sour pork balls. Just this every three years, does it for another three years. 
Last time I had that dish, I ended up with Chinese battered balls. A sweet and sour experience.

I love sweet and sour pork balls and the large crispy spring rolls they do in the rainbow house southwick with sweet and sour sauce. To be honest, I love all Chinese, although I haven't tried dog.
A few people have mentioned pork on here. I have roast pork for dinner today. I could make a pork chow mein and sweet and sour pork balls with the leftovers tomorrow accompanied with crispy duck in pancakes. I have a whole duck sitting in the freezer waiting to be cooked. That's tomorrow's dinner done then.

pretty certain nothing shipped in from China, aside some spices maybe, all produce available locally.
