Bear in mind it's technically the lunar new year, so it's celebrated across the Far East: Korea, Japan, Malaysia etc.

With that being said, I'm going with a nice and simple stir fry.

What happened to the "Other" choice. I was going to put Wuhan Re Gan Mian.

The dish that Wuhan is most famous for and the first one local people will mention is Hot Dry Noodles or Re Gan Mian. It is essentially a breakfast food but can be eaten as a cheap delicious snack at any time of the day. It is dry noodles mixed with sesame paste, shallots and spicy seasoning.

Can we list a menu of Chinese food in future?

Which one of my poll options doesn't appear on any Chinese takeaway menu?
