Without going into details (although stewards witnessed and intervened anyway), I saw jostling and squaring up in the stands involving youths and something similar involving two blokes about 30 in the concourse.
And of course there was a fracas on the pitch during and after the second half two. All very half-hearted, but unusual in the family friendly Amex. There was definitely something in the air yesterday. Frustrations boiling over maybe.

(From the NS) we saw ‘skirmishes’ with stewards piling in to separate fans in the SW corner half way through the first half. Hard to miss the small army of fluorescent vests rushing in.
I said to my son there’d be trouble after the game, usually cowards punches thrown, in and around Falmer Station. Brighton fans often the perpetrators going by past arrests.

3/ Get past security and dogs. Look casual and smile.
