I like your thinking. Just a thumping is not enough and in fact might make them more determined next week. That greasy quiff and bare shins really do need a kicking too!

Ideally somebody put in a hard tackle on him that he retaliates to so he is out for 3 games be it suspended or injured.

That would do but a straight red for retaliation would rule him out for 2 more games against fellow relegation strugglers and possibly seal their fate along with Norwich so just 1 spot left.
