[Football] Chelsea youngsters and their transfer ban

So Chelsea's transfer ban is about to be lifted, and in the meantime Lampard has been praised for trusting in youth. There's also great excitement about the latest young players being given their chance. But surely some of those players have been acquired as a result of the dodgy practices that led to the transfer ban in the first place? Or am I missing something? Does anyone have any details?

I do know most, if not all, of the breaches come from bringing foreign players in under the age of 18. Players are not allowed to move countries under the age of 18 unless their parents move to the country for non footballing reasons. The panel found evidence of Bertrand Traore playing for the Chelsea academy for many years before they registered him in 2014. Traore now plays for Lyon but Chelsea retain both a buy back clause and a % of any future sale.

I don't think any of the youngsters that Lampard has been praised for blooding were affected as a majority are English born (Mount, Tammy etc) while Tomori has lived in the UK since he was a toddler. I am not sure about the 1000s of players Chelsea currently have out on loan though and what their status would be.
