So why not Ben Stokes?

There are many 'persons' on the planet.
When you think back on 2019 you can have Mr Stokes as your Person of the Year.
You don't have to accept Time Magazine's Person of the Year.

In much the same way they don't have to accept someone they've never heard of as theirs.

Surely Greta should have won child of the year, and left an adult to win the person of the year.

Given previous winners such as Hitler Stalin and Trump maybe someone like Farage or Johnson would be more worthy winners.
