Albion v Wolves

PREMIER LEAGUE

Referee: Jonathan Moss

TEAM NEWS

Brighton remain without injured wingers Solly March and Jose Izquierdo.

Fit-again defender Bernardo was an unused substitute against Arsenal and is in contention to play his first game since August.

Wolves are again set to be without injured pair Wily Boly and Morgan Gibbs-White.

Patrick Cutrone will hope to earn a recall to the starting line-up after scoring as a substitute in Wednesday's 2-0 win against West Ham.

MOTD COMMENTATOR'S NOTES

Simon Brotherton: Brighton will be buzzing after their memorable win at Arsenal but the Seagulls must now show they can deal with Thursday-Sunday football as well as their opponents have done all season.

Wolves have qualified for the knockout stage of the Europa League with room to spare, and the midweek win over West Ham took their unbeaten run to 10 league games.

If they avoid defeat it will be their longest undefeated streak in the top flight since an 11-match run 57 years ago.

Albion will have had 24 hours fewer to recover and prepare for this game against opponents who have taken 10 points on the road this season, a record bettered only by the top four before the latest round of matches.

WHAT THE MANAGERS SAY

Graham Potter: "Anything is possible in this league, that's the way you have to think or else it becomes boring.

"We have to keep working towards what we're trying to achieve and maintain the spirit around the group."

Wolves head coach Nuno Espirito Santo: "I hope [the players] enjoyed their day off [on Thursday]. It was well deserved and they needed it. It was important they understand it's a day to rest, recover, stay at home and be with family and join us today to be ready for Sunday."

A bit worried about this one, mainly on recovery rate as they have had an extra day.

Will we have the Zing to win???

Take a draw, they are a good side on a good run.

six feet beneath the moon...
Would usually be very unconfident for a game against a 5th place team, but form goes out the window for this one given that we're Wolves' bogey team. Win is possible but I would be very happy with a draw. 4pts from games Vs Arsenal and Wolves would be very good work

Watching with a load of Wolves fans, so DEFEAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Will take a draw.

Expect to see some changes for this one.

Traore vs burn pace wise scares the living daylights out of me. I would expect to see the big man rested and Bernardo starting today.

Trossard for a rested Gross would be my other preference

Ryan

Montoya Webster Dunk Bernardo

Stephens. Proper

Mooy. Trossard

Going to be tough after playing and putting in such a fantastic shift on Thursday and Wolves having an extra day. Itll be interesting to see what changes are made.

No arrogance on the Wolves message boards - they recognise our different style of play and potential threat.

Could/should be a very entertaining game. Looking forward to it

Worthing
A lot seems to be about the Thursday/ Sunday game schedule.
It’s only the same as Wednesday/ Saturday so, a bit of a red herring really.

If Dunky can mark Derek Dougan out of the game, and Stephens can get an early Achilles rake into Kenny Hibbitt, then we’ve got a good chance of picking up the 2 points in this one. Their keeper Phil Parkes has been in good form mind.....
