Just seen that March is out for about 4 weeks after a minor operation.

Make or break time coming up for NSC’s most vilified player.

Good luck Ali J, you have waited a long time for a chance to play Potterball, hoping you can make an impact when/if called on.

He’ll be in the squad tomorrow no doubt. Then we’ll see if he gets minutes. Good luck to the lad, constantly praised for his attitude and commitment by the club.

Yes hope he can make an impact, but still not sure whether he’ll get the nod.

Hopefully you can delete this from the big board before all the mods see it and come steaming in full of negativity and bile.

Yes, good luck to him if he gets on - but on previous evidence I can't really see it happening. Think a half season loan in January, giving him a chance to shine, is his best bet.

I'm still in team Ali J. My guess is he has been retrained to play a different role (than that of being stuck out on the right wing, with Murray wandering out to the right wing, presumably to discuss with him the price of oil).

I really hope that when he gets his chance, he takes it. I'm not 100% sure that he's a March replacement though. Jahanbakhsh demonstrated that he's not a defensive left winger. I see him more as a Gross competitor on the inside right of a front three, but he's nowhere near Gross' contribution levels at the moment. I'd still have a front 3 of Connelly, Maupay, Gross anyway.

I hope he does get a chance as there does appear to be a good player in there, but so far he hasn't shown it very well. Considering how busy we are between now and the New Year if he doesn't get some game time we'll know he just doesn't fit Potters style. His best position is on the left of a front 3, so let's see if he is used there at all.

He's not vilified.

Having an opinion that he is not good enough is not vilification, it's just having an opinion.

I've not seen any posts that question him as a person, or disparaging about him, just not good enough to get in the side, as echoed by the management of the team. That isn't vilification, not by a long chalk.

I doubt it is make or break time as March hasn't been getting in the side unless there are injuries or suspensions either, would be surprised if he gets a look in still.

But, who wouldn't hope he could make an impact if called upon?

Negativity and bile? I think the amount of playing time he’s had this season speaks volumes but, as others have said, if he gets his chance, good luck to him. No one on here wants to see a Brighton player do badly. Apart from Spence.

Last chance saloon.

His value is plummeting all the time he is nowhere near the squad.

A loan out in January could help to halt the decline.

You really are an utter arse on this subject, I'm sorry to say. Fortunately the learned gentleman Bold Seagull explains why...

I hope he gets the chance too. We have spent far too much money on him not to give him a run in the team
