Anyone know difference between normal cap and MVP one?

I have wondered this since they came out - it’s really not clear. I got a standard one which is nice (black and dark badge) and with the new make it’s cool to finally have a decent one available...

MVP has a velcro fastener and normal has regular snapback style fastener.
