Best of luck to them. I do get sceptical these days about club takeovers, whether the new owners truly have the welfare of the club at heart or maybe something else? In situations like this I am so glad, and grateful, that we have Tony Bloom at the helm.

That pub was without doubt the very worst boozer I have ever been in. A sea of piss in the men’s toilets that was a couple of inches deep and about 6m square in size. Lots of good singing though!
