Sussexscots

Fed up with trains. Sick of the rain.
Craster Kippers with brown bread and Beer.

Sardines off the barbecue with a glass of white wine and a sunny day.

Smoked Salmon with black pepper

Smoked Haddock with poached eggs.

Not so keen on the Spiny little fish that, contrary to the laws fluid dynamics, swims up your japs eye if you take a pish in the river in South America

To catch, Chub in freshwater, Bass in UK seas and Dorado overseas. Two of them are nice to eat, but not as nice as a monkfish curry.

It would be easier to say what I don't like ; mackerel unless smoked, eel, mullet or any freshwater fish.
My absolute faves depending on how they are cooked, are Dover and lemon sole, skate, bass, monkfish, halibut and huss. I bloody love fish.
