All stemmed from falling when taking Mrs Mex Eyecan shopping. sprained ankle, torn cartilage, bruised hip and thigh muscle.
16 weeks on, physio, acupuncture and eventually scans showed up a tear.
Lesson learned, never, ever, offer to take the other half shopping, it’s just too dangerous.
