2 game winning cameos in 2 weeks.
Enjoy him while we've got him, seems to be a regular theme on here..

So what does NSC think?

Who would be in for him?

When?

and how much would it take for Tony to say, "fair enough he's yours"..???

If he keeps his form I could see him going to a club like Everton / west Ham for 30 mil next summer. If he has 2 wonderful seasons with us then Arsenal / Spurs for whatever the silly price is at the time.

Great player.

Think he’s someone I’d play at home more than away from home unless in a midfield 5, as just wonder what he’s like without the ball (haven’t really seen him enough yet).

I think he’ll go on to a Arsenal/Tottenham type team.

Why are people asking the question this early? We're not a selling club any more, as we've shown with Dunk.

We've seen that Trossard is a class act, but he is still being eased back from injury and has only made 5 appearances for us thus far! If he does it on a consistent basis, bigger clubs will of course be interested, that's the nature of football.

However, given that he's signed a 4 year deal I would envisage that he'll be here for this and the next season at the very least, unless we get relegated. So lets see how things pan out and not plot an exit for one of our exciting players already!

Tosh. No way would he go to teams below us and for such small money.

Can’t remember us selling our best players in the last four years. Doubt we’ll change that policy.

Totally agree , we no longer have to sell our assets any more , don’t understand why people are even asking the question

Yes, but it remains a business and if the right bid came in I’m sure we’d sell.

Alternatively, if a top club comes in and the player wanted to leave, we generally don’t make them stay against their wishes.

A club like Everton/West Ham? What does that mean? I'd say we're at least on a par with both those clubs now. The lad would be showing no ambition if he felt a transfer the either of those was some kind of step up. And our club would be showing no ambition if they thought selling him to either of those for that amount was good business.

It will take a top four club or big foreign team to come in for him for us to even consider it. Sadly if he continues like he has started I fear that actually might happen in the summer

West Ham? Everton? Absolutely no chance imo

We are nowhere near as big a club as both of those. both spent hundreds of millions (Everton 450 million in two summers) and pay over 100 k a week ( West ham)
if they offered him the money he would want to go. Simple as that.

If the size of his wages was his only consideration, then you’re probably right. But as a career move, I don’t think it would be the right one for him, he could do better. Now I sound like his mother.

He'll probably be GPotts second signing, in the summer, after he snaffled Dunky-poos.
