Are there any members who either live in or are visiting Falmouth who could pm me for my telephone number and send me a photo of the signs in Falmouth Maritime Car Park, especially where it says about Blue Badge Holders. Many thanks

I have and somebody suggested a thread that contained photos but I couldnt find it, so logically I thought that they may be an NSC member either living near there or down there visiting who could help me.

I have also added a post to the MSE one highlighted above.

You can get quite close to one of the signs on Google Maps (not the main entrance one, you need to go to the back corner of the car park).

Thank you for your post but that ius not relevant as :

1. Not sure it is a council car park
2. The sign said Blue Badge holders must pay but are permitted a further 1 hour free after the expiry time. I saw that in a number of car parks in Cornwall.

Theres a phone number on there, why dont you just call and ask for the info you require, I'm sure they'll be very accommodating:)

Didnt commit a crime arrived at 12 26 paid for 2 hours plus the additional 1 hour free and the PCN was issued when we left at 1522, as diagnosed by a cameras, some 2 hours 56 mins later and 4 mins before expiry time.

It’s not me you need to convince, it’s the judge.

Sigh ….. private parking rules aren't law and therefore 'breaking' them isn't a crime. Actually, breaking council parking rules isn't a crime either.

But he saved £1.50.

What with one thing and another this £9 cheap holiday from The Sun is proving to be quite expensive.
