I stumbled across this forum whilst looking for advice - I hear that a member @LadySeagull might be able to help with these?
I got a load of letters forwarded from my ex-landlord dated some months ago with demands for money for an alledged parking infraction in Brighton (One parking solution ltd). I find the whole thing very dodgy as looking back at my calendar I don't think I was even there. Plus the fact I always pay via the app (it's only £3 for the time I stay, there's no reason to 'just risk it') and there's nothing in the app history either. They have a murky photo of my car with a date and time on the letter.
It looks like it's been forwarded onto some dodgy solicitors and they are now demanding quite a large sum or threatening a CCJ.
Even worse, I've been sitting on these letters since July/Aug not knowing what to do, so worry that the sum is now huge. Can you help? I couldn't see how to private message.
