I'm sure they will find a way around it somehow.

Just declare bankruptcy and reform as Crystal Palace 2020: without vision

In a time when we hear figures of 100k, 200k per week as seemingly average wages for top premier league players* (and 300+K for Sanchez), it feels like 800k across 25 premier league players (avg 32k) is a not a lot. Not wanting to burden you with a lot of work, do you happen to have readily available a handy chart that puts it more in context of wages across the board, rather than as a standalone figure (e.g. a table of weekly wages by club) and/or a reminder of how that compares to their income

(*I accept that palace don't really have a lot of top players, (or simply players on top player wages, in the case of Benteke). Take Benteke and Zaha out of that, and it's what? 550k over the other 23 players (avg 24k)? I also accept these are, in comparison to 'the working man' or 'us in the real world', all obscenely large figures.)

They are losing £800k per week.

      I e incomings minus outgoings = loss

So presumably they have a lot of players on top money
900k people in Bromley & Croydon, almost double pop of Manchester. Bigger than Norwich & Ipswich. Fickle fans in terms of attendance, cup games increased attendance do not help.

Paul Barber told us recently that The Albion will report a loss when our figures come out soon. He said it was due to us not cashing in on our best players.

Still seems incredible when £150m from the premier league is still not enough.
I have not forgiven Lewes Council, or DeVeggie, or Archer, or Bellotti, or Stanley, or Bailey, or Whiteside, or Challis, or Saints and Spurs for that 0-0 in 1978.
I don't get over things and I don't move on easily. OK?

      It’s losses of 800k/week, not wages isn’t it ?
