Had to look it up, a few 'acclaimed' films for 1974 but the two films I'd choose to watch again are The Towering Inferno and The Man With The Golden Gun

1962- The Loneliness Of The Long Distance Runner- Tom Courtney. Brilliant film, and the ending is just perfect and unexpected.
Don't fotget Bed knobs and broomsticks . . . David Tomlinson is much harder than Clint Eastwood. ;-)
