Odd if true, being clinical in front of goal is the one thing missing in our tool box

However perhaps he is disruptive and Southampton at home was the last straw

Assume Galatasaray scouts were at the Soton match.

"Yep, like what I see..."

Several Turkish football news sites are saying it. Saying Andone is going to Instanbul for a medical tomorrow! Galatasaray fans are already posting Andone highlights reels to YouTube.

See for yourself here.

Yes, the home goal against Palace being tweeted by their fans.

a galaxy far far away
If Murray was 5 years younger and Connolly was 5 years older, I think we could get away with the risk.

The squad would be very light up front if this goes through. Lack of goals is our biggest problem and surely Andone is part of the solution.

If he has to go, I don't see what we have to gain by loaning him

Really cannot see this one happening.
The Turkish press are known for linking a lot of names to certain clubs to drum up readership.
Not that long ago Locadia was being linked with a move to Turkey.
Cannot see Potter allowing Andone to go on loan leaving one striker with Premier League experience, second forward in his debut season in the Prem League and our third striker in his first breakthrough season in the senior team.

Season Long Loan. Aaron Connelly performances have changed everything.

A goal against Bristol Rovers and we’ve shipped out 2 experienced strikers to give Connolly and Maupay a go ?!

Strange given we spent a lot of last season saying we were short on strikers, then being able to name two on the bench.

But maybe Andone has just failed a retake of the no idiots requirement

Mr Andone was never the most popular player in the dressing room, of course... (even before Saturday).

It’s not the press ... it’s the club !

Wasn't this 'news' late in the last window, as well?

Clearly Potter is going for 1 central striker so 3 for 1 space I suppose works.

But even so just seems mental.. we’d be a couple of injuries away from crisis and Andone’s pave gives us something the others all lack.

Would be very disappointed.

Really disappointing, I get he’s a total headcase but he scored a brilliant goal to get three-quarters of our points this season
