[Football] Bobby Duncan ~ Arrogant, Confident or Naive or What

Just seen the twitter spat between Jamie Carragher and Bobby Duncan’s agent (now on bbc website) Seems the young lad who went on strike at Man City because his route to first team (at 16) wasn’t progressing fast enough. Then joins Liverpool (team he supported as a boy) scores 30 odd goals for u18s (not u23s) is now saying club is bullying him for not letting him leave as isn’t getting first team football!!! So the lad (or is it his agent) is surprised he can’t replace Augero, Sterling, Sané, Jesus and then Salah, Firmino and Mané.

So is he badly advised, very very confident, or is there an agent looking to make more money out of him. Is this the next Ravel Morrison?

Got the same agent that Saido Berahino used to have, look how well that turned out.

It starts as young players are given a route abroad. Sancho not much older just signed £190k a week deal after a good 12 months.
They all want a piece of it now and there is no patience in waiting for a chance in the 1st team in England for a top 6 club. Will see more 18-20 year old demanding more time on the pitch and money. Sign of the times. Clubs outside the top 6 have an opportunity to snap a few of these up if possible where the route to the first team is a little easier

Why should they wait Sancho is clearly good enough so fair play to him he moved abroad and got rewarded. The sooner we bring younger good players on the better for the national team

What's happened with that kid we signed a few weeks ago from City? If he isn't injured he seems to have gone missing. Is it a case of him crawling out of one bottomless pit and falling straight into another one?

It all looks very snowflake to me.

He may be decent but to play this bullying card pumped by his agent won’t to do his reputation in the game any good.

I’m sure a club will take him on but the big guys (of whom he has already got through two) won’t want the hassle. What if they don’t pick him? Will he go running to his agent saying it isn’t fair?

Why does a youth player need an agent that is in Dubai ? His agent sounds like a complete prick and quite rightly has been exposed as such on Twitter for his past sexist, homophobic tweets.

It’s a real shame. He’s bossing the under 23’s but like most clubs will find it hard to break through although if any premier manager is going to give him a shot it’s got to be Klopp.
He only recently signed from Man City, saying that as a Liverpool lad born and bred he wanted to come home to play at his hero uncle’s club LFC.
Now a year later he wants to leave for Florence, maybe he likes the purple kit?
Seems to be pretty obvious this is just phase two of the agents plan.
However, I did hear SG gave his family right talking too and it’s all the agents doing.
Let’s hope so as he is a real talent. This bullying charge is quite pathetic and hopefully he’s a little embarrassed.

Just another case of a blatantly selfish and muck-raking agent.

There's negligible commission to be earned from a very young player staying at a club learning his trade.

Looks like the naïve youngster has fallen for it hook, line and sinker.
