I’m not anti-Tory per se (I’ve voted across the political spectrum), but I agree with you absolutely about IDS. All the way back to the Major government/parliament of the 90’s, IDS furtively lurked in the background as a supremely smug and arrogant ex-military ****, uncaring, and beneath his faux confident persona ... I really believe that he’s as thick as shit.
In a different era he would’ve been part of Oswald Mosley’s lot.
