Bryan Wade hit four the first time I saw him play, but I can't be certain that was his debut.
Wade, in fact think he scored 4 on his debut.
Didn't Kenny Beamish score on his debut in the 5-0 away thrashing of Halifax in 1972?

Maheta Molangos goal was one of the quickest ever debut goals in English Football, 12 seconds after he came on. I have a half memory that the quickest ever was scored against us too, but that might have been broken since I saw it I suppose.

That game wasn't his debut.
He had come on as a sub in the game against Middlesbrough in October 1990. He made his full debut in the 3-2 win against Wolves at Molineux, and scored.
He kept his place the following week, at home to Newcastle, where he scored all 4
Bobby Zamora also scored on his debut, in his loan spell, v Plymouth Argyle
