any stills showing Maupay position when ball released. My initial thoughts were he was offside so a great timed run. Just type of run that Ward often made including rounding keeper.

And then how often do you see a striker through 1 on 1 with FAR too much time to think about it, and end up scuffing it into the keepers midriff ?

(Hi just about every BHA striker in history except PW and BZ).

ahem, except Kurt Nogan too.

Indeed based on the briefest of viewings I am getting an excitable Nogan-esque feeling about this kid.

Neal, Neal Neal, Neal Neal, Neal Neal MAUPAY!

strangely (because he wasn't all that great in many other respects), I'd add JAMIE MURPHY to the very short list, of players reliable one-on-one

No finer sight than Murphy popping through a high lined defense with the ball at his feet and a lot of grass in front of him.

1:35 in particular.

Just listened to the totally football podcast, where Dunks pass was described as the best since Kaka's to Crespo in the 2005 Champions league final.

With that kind of hype another new contract can't be far off.
