I like these quotes from the Hudds messageboard:

If Mooy goes for anything less than £25m in this market, they’ve well and truly had our pants down.

Mooys value is only going to go down from now on. I think 20-25m would be a good fee considering his age.

I’ve just been informed by someone within the club that subject to medicals, Mooy is diving for Brighton tomorrow for 14mil.
Believe it or not but I’ve not had any false info from them before

One potential issue for a deadline day deal is Man City have a buy-back clause. Not going to o exercise it obviously but an extra bit of admin and an extra potential delay in the hours remaining

I genuinely don't see where this Mooy love comes from!
He's like the reverse Mitrovic who in turn is just the next generation Vydra.

Everytime I've seen him play, the Albion have played him off the pitch.
Were he not follicly challenged I'd never have known he was playing.

Somewhat reminiscent of Johnnob Shelvey another shitehouse slaphead who can only 'play' when allowed too and disappears the moment the going gets tough.

Interesting. What would everyone’s suggestion be on his value then? I reckon about 7 million would do it.

Yeah, something below £10M certainly. £7-8M seems about right to me.

Mooy improves the midfield and the team

Fact

Like Knocky, a truly exceptional Championship player but he’s not really set the Premier League alight. We’ve been after him before though, so seems a ‘goer’.

On 1:25, he ghosts Kayal then vaults a Stephens redcard lunge special; he could easily end up pushing one out and taking the other’s place in our starting line-up now!

Given time on the ball he is creative and his passing is great. But his speed is the thing that gets me, in an already slow midfield (excepting the injured Bissouma) another immobile player is the last thing we need.

That’s interesting. I wonder if Potter and his analytical team changed the personal regime for Propper.

We’re crying out for more pace and mobility in CM.

Might well have done, I agree we need to be sharper In the centre, i am happy with his quality.

Its a much cheaper way at the end of the day!

@TransferRumou14 is the clue!

Yeah and tbf they were also saying we spoke to Danny Simpson which turned out to be rubbish.

I do like the look of Berge though.

I'd be happy enough with Mooy as cover/squad depth, but I'd rather have Berge.
