My point is mainly on female punditry in sport (as this is what this thread is about). The more attractive ex-players are generally the ones who get invited into the studio to do a bit of analysis over the 'plainer' ones. I'm not saying its right or ok. But thats just how it is.

Have any of them been in a studio anything LIKE the likes of Alex Scott then ? If you're a looker like Alex then you get to be on TV, and you get to be on it a lot. Regular female Pundits and presenters, the producers like a pretty face. Hope Powell practically owned the World Cup coverage.
