So thats 4 in the Championship and 1 in league 1 so far, possibly a few more to go out too, encouraging to see them go to a decent standard.

Totally mate long gone are the days our best youngsters got loaned out to Horsham etc

It doesn't come into effect before the 2020-21 season (if then) and there are likely to be sufficient exemptions that its effects on a club like us will be meaningless.
