Can we include a whole album ? St Anger by Metallica. Not totally devoid of drums but the snare drum was inexplicably replaced with a dustbin lid!

Not a song entirely without drums, but very unusual for being a piece of heavy metal without drums - for two or three minutes in the middle of this thrash, there are no drums at all - the drummer is out front head-banging and thrashing his guitar along with the other three guitarists and the bass player. You hardly notice the drums are missing (until they come roaring back in around the six minute mark).

Songs without drums are like a bit of jiggy jiggy with a johnny on. It's a lot better than cleaning the kitchen but it's not the real thing.
