With all eyes seemingly fixed on what the Premier Leauge top six are, or aren’t, doing in the transfer market, it’s allowed Brighton and Hove Albion to complete one of the signings of the summer.

The move went under the radar but in Leandro Trossard, the Seagulls have bagged themselves a game-changing talent, and they haven’t had to break the bank to do it – the 24-year-old arrived from Genk for a reported £14million.

If he's been told he only needs to deliver more than Ali J, all pressure will be off.

Looking forward to seeing how you eat humble pie next season. Will you do it with grace or like a bulldog chewing a wasp

You're allowed to, or you're allowed to hope, but I'm looking forward to seeing Leandro Trossard next season. I won't do it with grace.

It was more directed at Bozza’s opinion of AJ

Surely he won't get a start for a year as he will be in intensive defending training.

I don't think he will, BUT I'll happily chug down a barrow load of humble pie because I genuinely would love to be proved wrong! Honestly, I don't want to be right on this one, but I have to be honest with my opinion on the player from what I've seen. So bring it on, it will be with more grace than a royal at a banquet.

I'd like to see a front 6 of Propper, Baluta, March, Trossard, Molumby and Andone in a pre-season friendly with Bissouma and Connolly coming on off the bench.

He is getting cheaper by the day. We will have reported to have paid 50p by this time next week.

I have to say that as one of the minority who saw some real class in him last season I am really looking forward to seeing Ali J thrive under Potter. And there is still hope for big Jurgs.

The most curious thing..
How many wingers do we actually need, given we really need a striker?

Leandro Trossard hasn't been bigged up as was AJ, when he signed for the Albion IMO.
Stats aside, LT plays in a Belgium side teeming with talent, whereas AJ plays or Iran and not forgetting the Albion.
That's not dissing our club BTW :)
