[Albion] FC Liefering - first friendly game - July 13th

Haven't seen this elsewhere - but Soccerway website says that Albion's Austrian friendly on July 13th is against 2nd division side FC Leifering - being played at Sportplatz Bischofshofen - 14.00 KO. No idea why this seems to been kept as a secret but maybe only just confirmed. Dunno.

A little bit south of Salzburg - and not a difficult drive from Munich either.

Same ground, but the opponents two years ago were Fortuna Düsseldorf. Just a 30 minute train journey for me.

Interesting to note also that Bernardo - our Bernardo - was on loan at Liefering from RB Salzburg. Obviously a youth development operation for Salzburg as mentioned before by austrian Gull.

Had a little search for details of this match on Twitter and didn't find any but did see comments along the lines of various clubs loan out their future top players to FC Liefering for development. Seems to be their niche.
