No not dib dib dib dob dob dob but interesting to see we have a scout, David Weir, at the Euro Under-21 Championship. Do you reckon he is there to watch someone in particular or more a general check out what is out there?

Lord Baden-Powell published a book on scouting, not sure what would be made of it now given the title was "Scouting for Boys"

Indeed "Scouting for young children" would probably cover it nowadays.

Looking up David Weir his wiki page says:

"As of April 2019, Weir was working for Brighton & Hove Albion in a role where he manages young players who are loaned out to foreign clubs".

So there's a chance he is also catching up with some of our youngsters that are out there as well as scouting.
