I’m 99% sure that that’s just a fan made video, it’s the sort of thing a Liverpool fan in Southend would make if they were rumoured to be signing Mbappe.

Edit, his Wiki says born in Rotterdam but Turkish descent and affiliation (a bit like that lad who played for Chelsea years ago and was a Turkish international despite not speaking a word of Turk).
