I think you have to factor in his age a bit?
Also, i'd guess a load of those were sub appearances.
If we do end up buying him, this is one where an immediate loan back looks probable

They won't come into effect until the 2020-21 season at the earliest, and with likely exemptions for numerous players and loan destinations, they are likely to have no practical impact.

Decent scoring record for England at various levels. This has our new suit written all over it. Could be worth about 10 million (purely on potential) but come at a price around half that due to poor start stats wise at Reading. If he explodes there next season (maybe back on loan) would likely be 20 million so take the gamble I guess.
Do think he's a bit similar to our Swede though (drifts left and cuts inside on right foot).
