Worcestershire lead Sussex by 7 runs with 4 wickets remaining.

Need the bowlers rested and into them in the morning, if we are to make a game of this.

Cheshire Cat

The most curious thing..
Did we treat his father badly when he was here or is he trying to catch our eye and we haven’t taken the hint yet?
We had three overseas players at the time. The rules changed so we could only have two, so Kepler Wessels missed out in favour of Javed Miandad and Imran Khan.

Kepler played in the 2s for a while when all 3 were under contract. I remember seeing him score a hundred at the B+H ground at Horsdean, Patcham (which the bypass was built on). He promptly then went and sat in his car - not much of a team man!

He had an unbelievable square cut: teams would post 2 gullies and a backward point and he'd still find the gaps.

West Sussex
Worcs: 383 all out

Adding 231 for the last 5 wickets and leading by 128 on first innings. More than enough.

The only ray of light on a gloomy day for Sussex, Ollie Robinson 29.5-4-84-5 :clap2:
