Just listened to it. Well worth your time. No astonishing revelations, but good to hear the fella teasing out more about how the Albion see the academy as key to our future in being able to compete consistently at Premier League level, and re-emphasising the distance the club has travelled in the last 10-15 years.

20 years ago- Darren Freeman scored a hattrick in our first game at Withdean. He also scored the first goal of the new millennium. Zamora joined Bath City, on loan, at the same time, and we picked him up shortly after that.
We came mid table in League 2.
