At least it was a cop series though not a PI series so I'll forgive you for mentioning it as long as you don't keep harping on like some posters I could mention.

Alright what about Barney Miller? You said cop show, you didn’t say it couldn’t be a comedy.

Very underrated little gem and Ron Glass was a legend
