20 minutes in and I think England look very good.
Passing it around nicely and attacking with speed.
Could be a thumping on the cards here.

It’s actually more clear than the previous rule in my opinion. No interpretation needed, arm away from the body and the ball hits it = pen.

I suppose, but it won't last long. There was no intent there, just a defender naturally balancing themselves. 5 penalties in every PL game will soon put an end to it. We will see though.

It’s used all over the world now, players have just learned pretty quickly to defend with their arms down.
