Well, he has ruled out a lot of transfer activity that is going to make the Locadia/Ali J haters(loons) squeal for his head as they rant on about Dutch League forwards not being able to perform in the Premier League as midfielders or wingers!!

You are talking out of your backside, we haven't won a game, or even scored a goal since he was appointed. It's simply not on, we got rid of Hughton because of a lack of goals and here we are with the same old problem.
Since becoming manager we haven`t won a single game or for that matter scored a single goal. Not a great start IMO.

Let's keep those lingering doubts buried over the summer and give the new guy a chance.
Nothing to be gained from going over old ground.
Despite whatever people eventually felt about Hughton, he was fabulous for this football club. Let's treat him with the respect and gratitude he deserves, and give Potter the welcome, support and faith he deserves.
It has been done decisively, swiftly, and those running our football club have installed the person they want. Hopefully an exciting new chapter to come.

I must admit I’m a bit peeved by his appointment. I didn’t realise we could get managerial positions for our birthday, I’m forty TODAY and I don’t even manage a non-league club FFS.
