Albion are competing in Group C and their 3 matches are as follows (time is UK time and I apologise in advance if I have messed up the time difference):-

Saturday May 18:-

3:08am Albion v Kashima Antlers

5:07am Albion v Karry Yau Yee League Select

6:32am Albion v Newcastle United

You should be able to watch the matches here:-



The knockout phase is then played on Sunday.
