There's no rush - but it's not a matter of waiting until a week or so before our next fixture either. Quite a lot of work happens in the off-season, it doesn't just stop when the last ball is kicked and then start again in August.

Is Hughton going to go to West Brom or Middlesbrough?

I'd be genuinely happy if he went to West Brom and got them promoted. A little less so if he did it at Middlesbrough.

Discussions on his future from me are off limits but it is funny watching all the stuff in the Press who have had him in jobs before he had even cleared the last paper clip from his desk at Brighton
