[Help] Breakdown recovery... recommendations?

Can anyone help me please. Need to get my car to a garage in Worthing (from EP), it'll need to go on a breakdown recovery truck. I don't think I have pick up from home on our service. Anyone local that is good and cheap?

Southern Recovery are good, based in Burgess hill but I am sure they will help

Can you push it to outside the distance that your breakdown cover doesn't cover? It's what my sister used to do all the time.
