So we have a technical director, a head of recruitment, a manager etc etc.

So long as they all play nicely together.

Yet still we want players in their late 30s.

Indeed with Winstanley, Ashworth and now this guy who is actually responsible for the signings?

A bit of a different pond to fish in from Cambridge Utd to Brighton!

We already have a head of recruitment !

Unless he is off

I'd assume that Head of Recruitment at Cambridge United is akin to a mid-high tier recruitment position at a Premier League club.

Just because he was Head of Recruitment at Cambridge it doesn't mean that's his job with the Albion.

Perhaps a thread where some may want to try digesting the news before commenting.

A recruitment team contains more than one person.

Sounds like a Premier League appointment: having a recruitment manager specifically for the U23's.

Hopefully an end to signing players from the Dutch league.

Have the U23 signed many from the Dutch league? Can only think of 1
