This is how I want us to play next season. We would have probably sat back and taking a shellacking for 90mins and lost 1 or 2 nil had we not already been safe.

Great performance , great result & well deserved although scoreline could have been 5-3 with all the missed chances and how Gross managed to miss is still beyond me.
Repeat that against Man City next week & we will get hammered by a cricket score but not gonna complain about today , great entertainment.

Yes I know that we've gone away to a top 6 side who were fighting hard to get int he top 4, and we've earned a point, but...
Hughton has lost the dressing room, the players won't play for him
The players won't even play for the club, they're not interested
Hughton wouldn't allow the players to go forward, negative is all he knows
The players simply aren't good enough, we need to change them all
That game brought shame upon the Premier League, we stunk the Emirates out
We're clearly the worst team to ever survive a season in the Premier League

Heroic defending, chances, a goal, end to end, tackles flying in. Excellent stuff.
It's a real shame we didn't have more of that in the preceding 36 games but lets hope for a repeat next week.

To be honest, we look better when the opposition don't take their chances. We fought hard and deserved the point, but on another day we'd lose. That's football.
