Will The Toon be putting their feet up or will they give us a hard game? A win at Leicester is their sole victory on the road in 2019. They have also won at Huddersfield & Burnley this season. Have to be positive, 1-0 to the good guys

After the battling performance from the boys last night I am going for a 3-0 win to us. I finally got a prediction right with last night's score but it has left a nasty sour taste - would have preferred to be wrong as we deserved something out of last night's game.

Strangely optimistic that Fulham win and we win to be safe.

I've gone for 0-1 alas. Unless we score early, it'll be a tense side versus a beached side, and there'll only be one winner. I'm not usually this pessimistic, I used up all my optimism on my predictions for Soton, Bournemouth, Burnley, Cardiff.....

Heart says 1-0 home win, early goal from a Duffy set piece header (at last) and many many many pairs of soiled underwear as we then cling on for the remaining 80 minutes in the face of wave after wave of Newcastle attacks. Head says 2-0 to Newcastle and relegation beckons. Except Fulham beat Cardiff. And then .............................is our fate going to rest in the hands of ficking Crystal Palace

I noticed Poch had Spurs playing quick freekicks against us last night, trying to catch us out before we were set defensively. Thankfully they only had Lorente to aim at, but you can be sure Rafa will have taken note and Rondon will be much more of a handful. I hope Chris has had a word with Duffy and Dunk making them aware, as we do give away plenty of free kicks around our box.
