I put my STH for sale for the Cardiff game and I haven't received anything into my account

How can I tell if the ticket was used or not?

I can't remember how long it took for money to hit my account before

Log into the ticket site and click on your name at the top. Choose Tickets from the drop-down list to look at your ticket history. If your Cardiff ticket sold it will say so in the 'Re-sale Status' column.

Club Ts & Cs for re-sale advise that payment takes 5 days to reach your account if your ticket sold.

You normally get an email saying it’s sold.

Or can go back on the exchange and it will tell you

Bournemouth game the exchange did kick in though, not sure about Cardiff

Usually about 5 working days so sometime this week if it was sold. Pretty sure I got an email the one time I did an exchange sale, and if you look at ‘history’ under your profile you can see anyway - the green ‘circle of arrows’ (see pic - Everton game)

You don't get the money, you get a voucher for the club shop. Enjoy!

Go to the list of tickets you have put on the exchange on the website.

If the ticket is still listed as 'for sale', it didn't sell.

it didn't kick in as they opened a section late in the South stand. I know as friends bought tickets on the day and we checked before kick off and there was still tickets available in the same stand

Indeed, there were plenty of available empty seats in the South Stand. Cardiff didn't take up their full allocation.

Exchange never kicked in for Cardiff game - mainly as south stand blocks were released on day / day before game when I checked as listed mine on exchange too

Ok. Thanks a lot.

I know I put up 4 this year and only Cardiff didn't get sold then.

Hardly seems worth keeping a st if there are always places.
