Firstly, thank you to North Stand Chat for allowing us to post.

The health team at Albion in the Community has organised a 10k bike ride on Friday 3 May as part of our Speak Up Against Cancer campaign.

It will leave the Amex at 8pm and finish at the British Airways i360.

Entry is £15, which includes a medal, free pair of Bike Balls bike lights, a cycling bib, and refreshments at the finish line.

Fans can book their place online now HERE.

April is also Testicular Cancer Awareness Month, so if you have a spare five minutes, please take the time to familiarise yourselves with the signs and symptoms by visiting our website HERE.

Symptoms can include:

- A lump or swelling.
- Pain or discomfort.
- A dull ache in the lower stomach or groin.
- Unexplained fatigue or generally feeling unwell.

If you have any concerns, please do contact your GP.

When caught early, around 95% of testicular cancers can be treated successfully.

Don't matter don't need lights on the pavement.

Another great promotion centred around cycling.
Isn't it about time Mr Barber freed up some petty cash and commissioned us geeks to produce some quality Albion cycling gear.

No thanks, it sounds like a bit of a ball ache.

Is it legal for cyclists to ride on the pavement?

I would have cycled over with Jnr, done the ride (he'll do anything just so long as he gets a medal) then back home, but sadly I'm working that weekend.
Even sadder still is that means I'm not working for the City game.

The Clamp - so what?

It'll be a nice ride, one that isn't intimidating, sociable and who knows just one person might do it and think 'riding about Brighton isn't so bad and certainly less of a pain than all my 5 mile or less car journeys'.

That's the noise I make going through all the red lights.
No, that's unfair on yourself , I'm sure you go through green lights too sometimes.

Apologies if that came across as a mean post, it was a genuine question.

More than happy to donate my medal to someone who'd appreciate, let me know.

Bit too old for accolades now
