This exercise is to be carried out all week.
Dress the team in the colours they will play in on match day, during all their waking hours. Every single time more than one is together, pass a number of footballs back and forth all the time, no stopping. This includes corridors, meeting rooms, car parks, toilets, canteens etc etc.
