He’s the one that should be going.

Spending £31 million pound on Locadia and Jahanbakhsh what an absolute joke.

It’s like giving a carpenter a blunt chisel and faulty screwdriver and expecting a perfect wardrobe.

CH should have been given the right players to allow him to setup a team that can attack and play exciting football. There isn’t a manager that could get a tune out of those donkeys.

We’d of been better off if he’d signed chip n dale.

Also whoever made the decision not to sign a 1st teamer in January. We were on the slippery slope then and a new face might have perked things up

Our current position isn’t going to encourage anyone decent to join us. I think Winstanley is going to struggle even more now.

A couple of misjudged signings doesn’t cause abject performances like the last 3 home games.

Let’s hope Dan Ashworth is overseeing a ‘new recruitment strategy’

What dan ashworth is coming in for stop us blowing money on duds that don’t fit the system.
Said in other threads previously should have been in for Brooks at Bournemouth, wood before he went to Burnley, James from
Swansea, Jarrod Bowen at hull and Chr Adams at Birmingham all players that were or still are obtainable and all young players with ambition to play at the top level. All 5 would have cost less that AJ, Locadia and Izzy

A couple of decent signings in January doesn’t see us in this mess and gives us better options to try and win games. To not recruit or add numbers could be our downfall.

He has been given attacking players, Izzy and even Ali J are not as terrible as they look. Hughton has coached out all attacking intent in his plodding safety first set up. These 2 players in Eddie Howe or Ralph Hassenhutl’s hands would look hugely different.

We saw the same with Nathan Redmond at Saints, asked to defend by Hughes and looked totally shit, until he was allowed to attack again and given belief under hassenhutl and he is transformed.

Bad workman blames his tools. But the tools are good enough

Quite right and at the same time we reduced our PL squad by letting players go out on loan, only bringing in Burn.

Locadia and Ali come from a league which is championship level at best. They are not prem ready and I doubt they are good enough. CH has been forced to play them because of the money spent but they are not good enough. It's not CH fault but the simple fact is that we've wasted a lot of money on 2 players who thought they were amazing in their league but have been found out in the prem and now have little interest in fighting for the team.

Look at the facts. Propper, Izquierdo, Ryan, Knockaert, Jahanbashk, Stephens, Dunk and Duffy have all turned in career worst performances in the last 3 league games. This sudden turnaround is not shit scouting, it’s a manager who has lost the plot.

Maybe the players just decided to stop playing for CH, like the ManU players decided to stop playing for Mourinho.

I don't disagree for one moment but ,

Do you seriously think that the club's manager was not involved in any ongoing transfers either in or out !

Exactly, Chris Hughton must have a say in the players we bring in but let’s blame the recruitment team because Hughton isn’t capable of giving players their heads and mixing tactics and players up AT THIS LEVEL.

Nope the blame with the last few performances lies with Hughton and his players, who appear to have stopped playing for him. We can’t sack all the players but we can sack Chris Hughton. We won’t though.
