I did roast chicken stuffed with lemon and thyme, butternut squash, green beans, loads of roast Maris pipers that came out a treat, and chicken gravy.

Each to his own as I could no more have pizza for dinner than I could support Palace Pizza to me is a snack usually during the day. An age thing I think.

It's my guilty food pleasure - ham and pineapple.

I get reflux in the night sometimes which is horrible. With that meal I very rarely get it and that's certainly worth the effort. An iron deficiency hence the spinach.
