But that has only highlighted one key point. This season has been a step back from last year. Cardiff, statistically might save us but the good ship Albion is half afloat and very likely to sink.

I've gone back to it. I've got us only picking up one more point, at home to Newcastle, leaving us on 34.

But I've only got Cardiff picking up two points - drawing at Fulham and at home to Palace. I think Zaha and Palace will be up for it as they'll want the rivalry to continue.

We'll stay up by a point.
